SEASONAL SHAPES

• Cut seasonal shapes (like flowers) out of construction paper, one per child.
• Glue a picture of each child in the middle of each shape.
• Use the shapes on bulletin boards, cubbies or along the walls.
   

MATCHING CARDS

• Cut out poster board squares, approximately 4” x 4”.
• Glue children’s pictures on the squares.
• Make two squares of each child’s picture.
• Mix up the squares.
• Let children take turns looking for their pair of faces out the others.
• Older children can look for pairs of faces of their friends.

• Take five photos from outside areas or objects familiar to your children.
• Then take five inside photos.
• Glue the photos onto cardboard.
• Mix up the photos.
• Let children help you divide the photos into two piles, “inside” and “outside”.
