ZIP-LOCK BAG ACTIVITIES
You will need some medium sized zip-lock bags to make these sensory bags for your toddler.
GEL BAG
Fill a bag three-fourths full with hair gel.
Remove the remaining air in the bag and zip the top closed.
Seal the bag by taping over the zipper with sturdy tape.
Show your child how to squish and feel the way the bag moves filled with gel.
WATER GLITTER BAG
Fill a bag three-fourths full with water.
Now add some glitter, foil confetti or other small interesting objects.
Remove excess air, zip closed and seal with tape.
Show your toddler how to shake the bag creating designs with the objects in the water.
Alternative:
Use clear hair gel in place of water.
SYRUP BAG
Fill small baggie with 1-2 inches of Karo syrup.
Put in some food coloring for color.
Add small plastic objects for fun.
Let out excess air, zip closed and seal with tape.
Toddler love moving the objects around inside the bag.
