A STAR FOR MY LITTLE TREE
Tune: “A Partridge in a Pear Tree”
On the first day of Christmas,
My mother gave to me –
A star for my little tree.
On the second day of Christmas,
My mother gave to me –
Two strings of lights
And a star for my little tree.
On the third day of Christmas
My mother gave to me –
Three silver bells,
Two strings of lights
And a star for my little tree.
On the fourth day of Christmas
My mother gave to me –
Four candy canes.
Three silver bells,
Two strings of lights
And a star for my little tree.
On the fifth day of Christmas
My mother gave to me –
Five Christmas bulbs.
Four candy canes,
Three silver bells,
Two strings of lights
And a star for my little tree.

SPIDER’S SILVER WEB
Tune: “Up On The Housetop”
The little spider climbed to the top
Of the Christmas tree, then stopped.
He spun a web around and around
Until it reached, down to the ground.
Oh, oh, oh! Watch him go.
Oh, oh, oh! High then low.
He left a web that was silver and bright,
Lighting the tree on Christmas night.

IN SANTA’S WORKSHOP
In Santa’s workshop far away,
Six little elves wrap toys all day.
The first little elf wraps candy canes.
The second little elf wraps electric trains.
The third little elf wraps every jack-in-the box.
The fourth little elf wraps little doll socks.
The fifth little elf wraps books for girls and boys
The sixth little elf wraps all riding toys.
Then Santa puts them in his sleigh
Ready for you on Christmas day.

DREAMS
Four little children dreamed of Christmas Day,
As fast asleep, the children lay.
The first one dreamed of Christmas Trees,
Trimmed in tinsel gay.
The second one dreamed of Santa Claus,
His reindeer and his sleigh.
The third one dreamed of a fireplace
And stockings in a row.
The fourth one dreamed of presents,
And candles all aglow!
