WHO STOLE THE COOKIE FROM THE COOKIE JAR?
Leader:  Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?  (Points to Mary)

Mary:  Who me?
Leader:  Yes, you.
Mary:  Not me!
Leader:  Then who?
Mary:  Johnny stole the cookie from the cookie Jar. 
(Mary assumes the role as leader and Johnny answers her questions.  Continue around circle until everyone has had a turn to be leader.
