SUMMER NO-COOK TREATS

PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Give each child a small zip-lock bag and 3 graham crackers.
Then let them smash their crackers rolling a rolling pin back and forth over their bag of crackers.
Then give them each a small bowl with two tablespoons of peanut butter in it.
Have children pour the graham cracker crumbs into the bowl and stir (or press) the ingredients together.
Then have the children roll their mixture into four to six small balls.
Finally, have them roll their peanut butter balls in powdered sugar.

SEED BALLS
These can be made like the peanut butter balls, only the peanut butter is mixed with an equal amount of honey and then rolled in sunflower seeds.

DIRT BALLS
These can be made with smashed graham crackers mixed with cream cheese, then rolled in smashed chocolate cookies.

HEALTHY SUMMER SUNDAE
First place about ½ cup of plain yogurt in a bowl for each child.
Set out a bowl of fresh berries, one of granola cereal and a small bowl of raisins.
Let your children take turns spooning toppings onto their yogurt.
